A Rouge group of the Chiricahua Apache bent of avenging their fallen leader Cochise.
The Apache are a proud warrior people, however, years ago they lost their leader and “protected” land, in what is now Cochise County. There are those in the group that want revenge on the US Government that did this, and the Papago who stood by.

A wild group of freedom-seekers looking for their chance at a life with few authoritarian overseers.
Though they seem to be wild and random, they behave more cohesive than they appear. Having taken over Tombstone, it looks like they plan to take control of the whole Gadsden Purchase.

Advantageous opportunists as some call them, they are consumed by the struggle between “modernizing” and keeping the old traditions
After a centuries long feud with the Apache the Papago often sided with those who offered assistance in fighting their foe. Be it Spanish or American, when the opportunity arose, the Papago didn’t hesitate to accept a powerful alliance. This has fueled division amongst them, should the old ways be forgotten? should this new culture be embraced? did they even have an option?

Lead by a feuding duo that can’t decide on how to treat the natives. One want all of the natives killed or out of the land, the other wants any innocent lives saved.
Represented by the Arizona Marshals, they want to bring order to a chaotic land, they just disagree on how to do it. Some think that the natives have to go, some think there can be peace by negotiation so long as both sides keep their promises. Despite the inner conflict, this group see the Apache Raids and the Cowboy debauchery as counter to a peaceful coexistence.
